Our Story
R&A Builders began with a leap of faith.
As immigrants settling in King of Prussia, our family worked tirelessly to build a new life from the ground up. Rehana Syed started her journey as a Realtor, dedicating herself to helping families buy and sell homes across Chester and Montgomery Counties. Through years of persistence, she grew from Realtor to investor, and eventually to owning and operating both real estate and construction services.
What started as one woman’s determination has grown into a true family business. From an early age, her children were immersed in the world of real estate, learning the value of hard work and the importance of community connections. Today we continue that legacy, managing a portfolio of over 8 figures in residential properties while expanding into mortgage and renovation services.
Our story is one of resilience, growth, and family — built on the belief that every client deserves a trusted partner in their journey to finding, financing, and creating a home.
Philanthropy
Masjid-E-Sharfuddin, Veppur, India – In honor of Rehana’s father, we funded and built a mosque in his name, a six-figure project dedicated to faith, community, and legacy.
Local Mosques & Community Centers – We are long-time supporters of the Islamic Society of Greater Valley Forge (ISGVF) and Khair Mosque in Phoenixville, helping sustain programs that strengthen our local community.
Support for Indian Community Organizations – Over the years, we have contributed to grassroots groups that serve Indian families across the region.
Save the Children – For more than 10 years, our family has been proud donors to Save the Children, supporting its mission to improve the lives of children worldwide.
